Sherburne Jewelers Customer Repair Warranty:

Sherburne jewelers warranties all work that our shop performs for 90 days after the work is done.
From 3 to 6 months we provide a limited warranty on work we have performed. We can only warranty the work we have done to any item; if the item suffers damage unrelated to its repair we cannot warranty that damage.

For up to 6 months after a repair is performed we will warranty against the loss of small
stones. We cannot assume responsibility for the loss of stones V2 carat or above. We recommend having jewelry items with stones in excess of 'A carat appraised and insured.

 

Exchange and Return Policy

Items purchased from Joel B. Sherburne Jewelers may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any refunds on cash, check or debit purchases with be given in the form of a check. Refund checks will be given after 10 business days. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the credit card less 3%, or a merchandise credit will be given in the amount of the total purchase price. On the date of purchase a credit card sale is finalized at the end of the day and is subject to the 3% processing fee at that time.

Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition and accompanied by the original gift box and sleeve with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact. There will be a charge for any un-returned gift boxes, sleeves, etc. Close outs, estate pieces, and special orders, altered pieces (including ring sizing) and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Returned checks will be assessed a $35.00 fee.

Layaway Terms

Joel B. Sherburne Jewelers offers interest free layaway, with a minimum deposit of 20% the balance of the layaway is to be payed within 6 months from original purchase date. If the customer fails to pay off the balance at the allotted time frame and fails to contact us to make arrangements, then the item(s) will be returned to the stock and a Joel B. Sherburne Jewelers Gift Card will be issued for the deposit and any payment made on account. Refunds on merchandise in layaway will be given within 7 days of the deposit date. Refunds subject to above Exchange & Return policy. After 7 days no refund will be given.
